All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT) will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

The price you see is the final price you pay.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days after the order has been shipped.

In rare cases, delivery may take slightly longer due to factors outside our control, including:

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

We do not charge any customs fees, duties, or additional taxes on your order.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, Thermizoo cannot guarantee address changes or redelivery.

Thermizoo is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as stolen after delivery.
