At Thermizoo™, we are committed to delivering high-quality temperature control bottles designed for everyday performance and durability. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.


Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Note: Bundled products must be returned together. Individual items from a bundle cannot be returned separately.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase or order confirmation

Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how and where to send the product.

Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If the item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect product received

Contact us within 48 hours at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

After verification, we will offer either:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before sending it back.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your product, the fastest method is:

  1. Request a return for the original item.

  2. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • With proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received it, please contact:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The product was defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

In these cases, Thermizoo™ will cover the return shipping cost.
